Apartments & Floor Plans

  • Cambria Cove has studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments available. Studios start at 464 sq ft, 1-bedrooms range from 600 to 705 sq ft, and 2-bedrooms range from 922 to 1,043 sq ft. Availability can change from time to time, but you can always view available floor plans online.

  • Yes! Accessible units are available at Cambria Cove. Contact our leasing team directly to learn more about what accessibility features are included.

  • If coming to visit is complicated for you at the time, we are happy to set up a virtual tour so you can see the community from wherever you are. Contact us to schedule yours.

  • At this time, Cambria Cove does not have furnished apartments available. Our floor plans are clean canvases for you to fill with your own style and set up with your furniture.

Pricing & Fees

  • The security deposit can vary depending on the unit or key information in your application. Either $500 or one month's rent is due within 48 hours of approval. For a full breakdown of our rental policies, visit rosevalleymanagement.com/rental-policies-tx.

  • Resident utilities are managed through Conservice and are billed separately. There is a $1 monthly utility admin fee and a $15 one-time setup fee. This keeps your usage-based costs in your hands.

  • You don’t have to stick to one specific company. Please contact our leasing team directly for a current list of internet providers available in the area.

  • Rent and fees are payable through the Resident Portal, available anytime online, we appreciate your timely payment.

  • Yes, many of the services you enjoy include a small fee. This helps us provide the best experience for all residents living in this community.

    Required monthly fees:

    • Valet Trash: $35/month

    • Pest Control: $5/month

    • Gate Access: $6/month

    Application and move-in fees:

    • Application Fee: $75 per applicant

    • Admin Fee: $125 at time of application

    • Security Deposit: $500 or one month's rent

    Optional monthly fees:

    • Washer/Dryer Rental: $50/month

    • Storage: $10/month

    • Assigned Covered Parking: $50/month

    Pet fees:

    • Pet Fee: $400 per pet (non-refundable, max 2 pets)

    • Monthly Pet Rent: $25/month per pet (max 2 pets)

Pets

  • Applying for any of our apartments in Houston, TX, at Cambria Cove is simple. Browse the available floor plans to find the right fit, then apply directly through our website. Our leasing team is also available by phone or email if you have questions along the way.

  • Yes. There is a $75 application fee per applicant and a $125 admin fee due at the time of application.

  • The combined monthly income of all applicants must be at least three times the monthly rent. Applicants with income between 2.8 and 2.99 times the rent may be approved with an additional one-month deposit.

  • Our lease terms offer certain flexibility according to what’s available, so be sure there’s something that can go in line with your needs. Contact our leasing team directly to discuss what is currently available.

  • For the comfort of all residents and in line with our policies, Cambria Cove does not permit subleasing at this time.

  • We’re glad you are staying! You will receive a lease renewal invitation before your current lease expires. From there, the process is straightforward: just follow the steps outlined in that notice, and our team will guide you through everything.

  • At this time, Cambria Cove is a market-rate community and does not offer affordable housing options.

  • Yes! Cambria Cove is a pet-friendly community in Houston, TX, and we love our four-legged residents. Up to two pets are permitted per apartment, and a pet interview is required. Breed restrictions apply, and all pets must be spayed or neutered. Contact our leasing team for full details.
